Robert Miller - President
Mr. Miller has been actively involved in the REO management business for over 20 years, both in senior management positions, as well as an REO broker. Rob's vast experience not only includes those activities normally associated with an REO management professional, but also includes the experience resulting from his purchasing and liquidation of hundreds of REO assets on a personal basis as well. In addition, Rob has experienced, first hand, both the commendable aspects and short-comings of the parties involved in a typical REO transaction. Rob's day-to-day involvement with CRM's brokers and vendors, provides a constant pulse on both sides of the 'transaction fence'. Having been an REO broker and investor himself, he can appreciate and rectify the problems and concerns our agents encounter. Working in conjunction with the other officers, the short-comings have been elinimated and the commendable aspects have been magnified.

Philip Bourassa - Executive Vice President
Our Executive Vice President, Phil Bourassa, was formerly the asset director (REO) for both Ford Consumer Finance and Commercial Credit. Mr. Bourassa helps to maintain the vision of the company. He oversees marketing, finance, customer service as well as title resolution. He is responsible for new client development and insuring that the needs of all new clients are met. In addition to Mr. Bourassa's in house responsibilities, he also heads the national inspection team that reviews most of the assets that CRM manages. In addition to inspecting the properties, he ensures that the agents are maintaining the properties in accordance with CRM policies.
