A lender is a company that has a service department and has REO's to assign. Do not sign in as a lender if you deal primarily with investors and making them loans.

An agent (or realtor) is someonehired by CRM to manage, clean up, list, and sell REO properties. An agent may also represent buyers/investors.

An investor is a person or company interested in purchasing REO properties.

From the menu at the bottom of the home screen, click on 'LOGIN HERE' and then select INVESTOR access. You will see three options.

If you have filled out an investor application, you should have gotten an investor ID number and password via email. In order to login to view our listings you must enter your investor ID number and password into the first option.

If you have not applied for an investor account you want to select the middle option which reads "I have not registered online with CRM previously.". This will take you to our investor application. Fill in all rquired fields and hit the button to move on. You will then be asked to select the cities that you are interested in. When new properties become available and they are located in the same city as any of the cities you have entered, you will be advised by email. This will save you time by alerting you when new properties are available so you do not have to check our listings constantly. If you are an AGENT completing an application for your investor DO NOT ENTER YOUR OWN EMAIL/CONTACT INFO. You MUST ENTER the information for your actual investor.
